ESAT™
Employment Success Self-Assessment & Training (ESAT™) Like similar self-evaluation instruments, ESAT™'s designed purpose is to give prospective, future, and existing employees a formalized opportunity to reflect on what they value, their interests, and their interpersonal skills. Likewise, ESAT™ measures how they act and react in a variety of workplace scenarios by responding honestly and accurately to questions from their individual perspective. ESAT™ measures behavior tendencies and traits based on intra- and interpersonal skill levels critical to employment success across all industries and specialties. ESAT™ is comprised of two question types: Likert (never - always) responses to describe how you perceive your behavior in day-to-day interactions with others; and scenario-based (multiple choice) answers to describe how you would most likely respond/react in given situations.
