CX260™ is a 260 weekday Soft Skills training program for customer service representatives and customer success teams. Conventional training for Soft Skills often never occurs as most employees are onboarded, trained on technical skills to do the job and then given some feedback on their performance reviews. That is, if they haven’t already left for another job because of burnout.
CX260™ focuses on equipping customer service teams with Soft Skills through a daily dose of impactful and easy to use micro-lessons. Each micro-lesson utilizes the SATRDÉ S.T.E.P.™ (Study, Test, Equip and Practice) methodology to assist each trainee with comprehension and putting into practice what they learn. Micro-lessons are 5-10 minutes long and are automatically assigned with email notification as a reminder.
